All equality in the provision of Christ’s sacrifice

All equality in the provision of Christ’s sacrifice

Acts 15:9 “And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.”

Our Lord gave a parable to his disciples, and likewise to us. He said, that a householder went out early in the morning to hire labourers. He agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, and then sent them to his vineyard. At about the third hour he employed some, about the sixth hour, he recruited another, and late at the ninth hour, likewise he hired another. When the evening was come, he gave to all of them the same, beginning from the last. The set of workers who were hired murmured against the good man.

But it is the right of the goodman to give whatsoever he wills. This happened in the Acts when God by Peter should consecrate the gentiles to himself. When Peter got to the house of Cornelius, while he was still speaking to them about Christ, the holy Ghost fell on them and purified their hearts.

However, when the believing Jews questioned Peter, he told them this was God’s plan, relating to them the trance he got. And how that the gentiles were saved, sanctified and filled with holy Ghost.

Thus he said, “He put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.” Reconciling what Christ has said in Mathew 20:12Saying, These last have wrought but one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day.”

What I am saying is that, the provision of grace by Christ is equivalent to all who come to God by him through faith. Salvation is for all. No discrimination, no exclusion, no limitation. It reaches to all humanity. Hence, the grace of sanctification is for all true believers in Christ.

There are many people who see the impossibility of being sanctified, so they devolve it to some kind of persons. But the experience of sanctification and holiness is to all believers in Christ. For the Bible says, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” You were saved by faith, and you can be sanctified by faith in Christ. For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren.”

The scripture says, believe in God, and no good thing will he withold from them that walk uprightly. You are a child of God, go to God like your Father, and stop seeing God as though he is in a distance, for he is as close to you as your next prayer.

Sanctification and holiness is for all. If Enoch was sanctified, Joseph was sanctified, Daniel was sanctified, Shedrach, Meshach, and Abednego were sanctified. John was sanctified, Peter was sanctified, Paul was sanctified, Stephen was sanctified. Now, here’s my question, if all these persons were sanctified, why can’t you be sanctified and made holy? God has not changed. And Jesus our Sanctifier is the same yesterday, today, and forever, he will do this great work of grace in our hearts.

He has promised that he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear, in holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life. We shall be holy, and the Lord will give us grace to be holy consistently. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit (the best of gifts with his sanctifying graces” 1 Peter 1:2). To them that ask him? Believesth thou this?
