It’s under control
And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them (Romans 8:28, NLT).
So many look back to the past and feel sorry, sorrowful or start regretting over past failures, losses, disappointments, mistakes, inexperience, oppressions or relationship issues. A lot of people wish they could rewind time so that all past wrongs could be made right. Some can’t just break free from the past, forgetting that everyone has something about their past they wish they can correct now.
Meanwhile, God is bigger than our past. He is never caught unawares. He is constantly at work in us as he never sleeps nor slumbers. His eyes ‘….run to and fro through the whole earth’ (Zechariah 4:10, KJV). He sees everything, including everything happening to you.
Our past or present circumstances, experiences, knowledge, location, job, relationships, friendships, encounters, occupations, struggles, challenges, and ordeals are raw materials that are being ‘recycled’ in God’s factory to produce the best version of us.
No matter what you are passing through you need to hold on to God and to trust Him. Never let a day go without you being with Him. Study His word and you will hear Him speak to you. Respond to God in faith and prayer. Ensure to discourage your discouragement. And by and by; you will come to realise how everything, your situation inclusive; is being managed by God to give you ultimate help. I pray, may you not stop to believe in God’s power to save, heal and deliver. In Jesus name!
