Undefeatable
They may trip seven times, but each time they will rise again…. (Proverbs 24:16, NLT).
Does it look like you have committed the unpardonable sin? Did you fail God? Did you fall into a trap of the devil? Does it appear like God has forsaken you? Have you become a shadow of yourself, so to say? Well, if you have made any mistake, it’s because you are human. And mind you, great successes hardly manifest without mistakes.
Are you in a mess? Are you entangled in a kind of ugly situation which leaves you confused and distraught? Are you now despised by people who once respected you? Has everyone deserted you? Have you suffered failures over and over? Is something already pushing you towards suicide? Does it seem like yours is a most unfortunate situation?
At times, life can be strangely unfair. It treats equals unequally and unequals equally. But that’s not an excuse to remain on the ground. Friend, there is a mystery about you that the devil cannot unravel. Your life has a password known only to God. Dear friend, you aren’t a failure until you surrender to the devil.
As a true child of God, if the devil afflicts you, God gives you a grace that makes you to prevail no matter the intensity of the attacks. God’s hand of righteousness will uphold you and lead you into sure victory. Are you fallen? It’s not how low you fall that matters, but how high you bounce back. Arise! Clean up! Connect to God’s fire! Press on! Shine! In Jesus mighty name!
