I’m naturally secretive with personal issues of life , what I mean is, there are some personal matters I would never share with anyone except God.
The question is, why do you try to sugarcoat the things you say to God?
Isaiah 1:18 says “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.
Proverbs 28:13 says “Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy”.
So I would tell you this, it’s the sincerity with which you approach God that would cause him to forgive you and grant you total deliverance from those sins. It’s no wonder Revelation 22:17 says “The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.
Conclusively, be sincere when you come before God with your shortcomings.
