Tell it to God just as it is

Tell it to God just as it is Tell it to God just as it is

I’m naturally secretive with personal issues of life , what I mean is, there are some personal matters I would never share with anyone except God.

  • I can tell God my worst secret.
  • I can tell God my weaknesses.
  • I can tell God my flaws.

The question is, why do you try to sugarcoat the things you say to God?

  • You’ve terminated pregnancies, tell it to him, do not sugarcoat it. Tell him just as it is even if it may sound dirty and shameful. Do not try to make it sound better.

Isaiah 1:18 says “Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the Lord. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.

  • You always fall into the temptation of lust and fornication. You can’t control your libido, tell it to him, do not use anointing to mask your sin and pretend like all is well but in reality, you’re gradually sinking in the ocean of immorality.

Proverbs 28:13 says “Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy”.

So I would tell you this, it’s the sincerity with which you approach God that would cause him to forgive you and grant you total deliverance from those sins. It’s no wonder Revelation 22:17 says “The Spirit and the bride say, “Come!” And let the one who hears say, “Come!” Let the one who is thirsty come; and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life.

Conclusively, be sincere when you come before God with your shortcomings.
