My encounter with a mosquito

As I was posting messages on social media, I saw a mosquito parading itself around me, making efforts to perch on my skin, but all its effort was a waste.

The mosquito would go for a while, and within few seconds, this unwanted visitor is back. It was very desperate to suck my blood and wasn’t ready to give up. A couple of times, it moved towards me and almost landed on my skin but rushed back in a jiffy each time. It’s sensitive to danger and so would change direction immediately. Thanks to the cream that repels mosquitoes that I applied on my skin.

As I was watching this ‘drama’, suddenly the Holy Spirit spoke to me, “the cream is like hedges of fire around the children of God.” When hedges of fire is around you, no weapon formed against you shall prosper.

When you have God’s hedges of fire around you;

1. Sudden death will not be your portion.
2. Oppression and depression will not be your portion.
3. A thousand may fall dead beside you, ten thousand all around you, you won’t be harmed.
4. Sickness will not be your portion.
5. Arrows of insanity will not be your portion.
6. Spirit wives/husbands won’t gain access to you.
7. Night caterers won’t feed you.
8. You won’t be breastfeeding strange babies.
9. Bullets, stones, arrows, incantations, spells, curses, enchantments, and so on, will backfire.

What to do to get your own repellent cream (hedges of fire)

1. Be prayerful. Bible says we should pray without ceasing. When you pray, you barricades yourself.

2. Be holy. Forgive all that offended you.
Don’t slander people with your tongue.
Be truthful and honest.
Love all.
3. Have faith. When you have faith in the Lord, He will not put you to shame. Having faith in God brings His hedges on you because He’s not a liar.

4. Pay your tithe. Malachi 3:11, “I will not let insects destroy your crops. ..”
God promised to protect your business. This is God’s hedges on your business. When you tithe, God won’t allow devourers to devour you and your business.

However, anytime you commit sin without asking for forgiveness, the hedges will be broken, and any weapon of the enemy can easily penetrate.

I pray all the spiritual mosquitoes that are after your life, business, family, career, academics, work, children, spouse and so on, will die violently in Jesus name.
