Come drink the water of life

Come drink the water of lifeCome drink the water of life

Revelations 22:17 “And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.”

Salvation is full and free to the whole world. No universal salvation, neither eternal predestination. The ordination of this great salvation is this “He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.”

Therefore, Christ has paid for our salvation, and the call of the Lord is to the ends of the world. Have you drank of this water of life? Have you tasted of this water? Jesus told the woman at the well of Samaria, “Whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never taste; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up to everlasting life.” What great water of life, free to all.

The Lord is calling all to come and drink of the water of life. The water of salvation, that brings the peace of God and joy in the soul. The water that as long as you continually drink it, shall spring forth life in your soul unto blissful eternity. This water of life is free and free to all.

Are you born again? Have you given your life to the Lord Jesus Christ? Have you experienced the wonders of God’s salvation in Christ? Have you encountered the Lord of grace? Have you drank of that eternal living water that purifies the soul from sin?

Jesus said to Peter in John 13:8 “If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me.” In a more general sense it may mean, if I do not wash thee in my blood, and purify thee by my Spirit, thou canst have no communion with me, nor any share in the blessings of my kingdom. Reader, hast thou drank this living water?

This is the day of salvation, lay aside the garment of religion and come, for the Master calleth thee. In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, “if any man taste, let him come unto me, and drink.” The Spirit of Christ calleth thee. come now and drink. This living water will not be forever, it shall soon cease.

Today, you can call upon the Lord anywhere, and connect by true faith, and the promise of this living water shall be yours. It reaches to the highest mountain, it flows to the lowest valley, the blood that gives us strength from day to day, it will never loose its power.
