How to overcome modern challenges in the society (Part 3)
NO TIME FOR GOD
Many today don’t know God not to talk of having time for Him. The reason people come to church varies.
Some come to look for ladies.
Some come because they want to gist.
Some come to look for grammartical errors.
Some come to see the miracles that will take place.
Some come to listen to testimonies.
Some come because house is boring.
Some come because they want to charge their phone.
Some come because they had a nightmare.
Some come because of the money they’ll receive after service.
Some come because they want to please pastor.
Some come because; DSTV, GOTV, PHCN subscription has finished.
Some like going to church when the service is almost over.
Some love their friends, husband, wife, children, pastor, mother, father, boss,.. more than God.
Some fear men more than God.
Many are occupied with the things of this world.
Many are using their talents, money, to glorify devil.
Things like, television, games, social media, politics,.. have stolen the time of some people.
Some Will never have time to thank God.
WHAT TO DO
We should create time for God just like Abraham, Enoch, Daniel, David…
Remember that you were serious with God when you were single, unemployed, sick, barren, poor,… Remember your first love.
Always commit your steps into God’s hand before; sleeping, eating, examination, travelling, going out, entering a relationship, starting up a business, enrolling for a course.
Always put God first.
I pray every power that doesn’t want you to have time for God, is destroyed in Jesus name.
