IMPATIENCE
We are always in hurry. Many lack patient. They’re always impatient on the road, on the bus, at the bank, in the market, in the house of God, in the lecture room.
✓ Some are impatient spiritually. They can’t wait on God for miracles. It will look as if God is too slow. They move from one church to another. They’ll move from church to mosque, from there to shrine, from there to coven, from there to temple,… They can’t wait to know the will of God maritally, academically,…
✓ They’re impatient academically. They’ll go to wrong University to go and study wrong course under wrong lecturers with wrong friends.
They will register for special center because they are in a haste. They’ll employ the service of machinery. They’ll be involved in examination malpractice.
✓ They are impatient physically. Let bus conductor mistakenly ask for transport fare for the second time, you will be surprised at the way the passenger will react. Many are not ready to follow due process when it comes to contract. In the banking hall or luxurious bus, many will not be kind to pregnant women or the elderly, because they are in a haste.
✓ They’re impatient financially. That’s why some people are not sowing seeds in the church of God. That’s why many people take bribe. They cannot wait for divine blessings. That’s why some commit suicide, crime, attrocity,.. That’s why many youth are scammers now. They’re impatient. They want quick money.
Once money is involved in a thing, you will be surprised the way people will behave. Gehazi and Judas were not baby Christians but they failed because of money and gifts.
✓ They’re impatient maritally. They’re not patient with wife, or husband. Many homes have scattered as a result of impatience. A family scattered just because of toothpaste.
They can’t wait for God to choose a spouse for them. They’re ready to become the 5th wife because they are in a haste. They’re ready to marry a Muslim or a traditionalist just because they are in a haste.
WHAT TO DO
Patience can solve so many problems.
When Elisha was patient with Elijah, he got double portion.
When Hannah relied on God, she got Samuel.
Elizabeth got John the Baptist.
Joseph didn’t cut corners and he became a minister.
Psalm 37:7 Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for Him. Do not fret when people succeed in their ways…
Your mate maybe gaining admission, getting married, being promoted, favoured, have given birth, prospering,… Do not fret, wait patiently for God. He will surely settle you in Jesus name.

Exodus 14:14 The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.
God will take over your battle today in Jesus name.
