Visionary Lifestyle

Slowly, steadily, surely the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, wait patiently, for it will surely take place. It will not be delayed (Habakkuk 2:3, NLT).

Vision is the gateway to greatness. Great minds are products of great visions. To achieve great things in life, you must be a person of great vision. Vision is a great catalyst that helps to strengthen the faith you have in God and in yourself.

Do you have any vision for your life? What kind of future do you see ahead of you? If you can’t say specifically that ‘This is a goal I am pursuing or working on right now’, it is doubtable if you have any clear direction in life.

Men of vision don’t lazy around. Everyday counts to them. They know the value of simple, consistent steps. They seek and discover their direction in life. They have a good idea of where they are going. ‘Fear’ is not their problem. They are not afraid to take calculated risks. Of course they know that it is risky not to take risks. They are men who know their God and have the fear of God.

Dear friend, it’s important to start with what you have, instead of stopping because of what you don’t have yet. Have you seen people who had nothing, but talked and took bold steps like they knew where they were going, and eventually they are there today? That’s vision! A true vision gives you a clear mental picture of your great future through the lenses of the Scriptures.

So, when it comes to the issue of living a vision-driven life, don’t take it easy! Has God told you that you will become anything? Do not settle for anything short of it. I pray, may our lives have undeniable impacts and leave indelible footprints in the sand of time to God’s glory. In Jesus name!

Today’s corporate prayer: I refuse to go from somewhere to nowhere. In the mighty name of Jesus!
